The Home Sites

 

Glendon on the River is a rural equestrian community along the Deep River featuring six homes sites ranging from from 8.6 to 11.22 acres. The lots feature wooded and open land, a shared pond (lots 2,3 and 5), access to 10 miles of horse/walking trails along the Deep River and access to 150 acres of private conservation land. The conservation land is part of the community and can be used for hiking, horse riding, mountain biking and camping. This land will never be developed.
