Equestrian River Front Preserve Located in Moore County, North Carolina

Located along the scenic Deep River, Glendon on the River is an equestrian community featuring large home sites, outdoor amenities and conservation land. Amenities include 10 miles of horse riding/walking/biking trails, picnic areas, canoe/kayak launch and the beauty of the Deep River. The community is surrounded by 150 acres of protected conservation land. This area will remain in its current natural state and will be protected from development. It can be used by the lot owners for trail riding, hiking, biking, camping and accessing the river.

Six lots from 8 to 11 acres are currently available. Each lot includes access to the Deep River and 150 acres of conservation land with a 10 mile network of riding/walking/biking trails.

The development is located in Moore County, North Carolina about an hour from Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill and 15 minutes to Sanford and Carthage. The Southern Pines area is 20 minutes to the south.
